I had a tree hit and destroy my accordion shutters in hurricane Ian. Jessica came right out and took measurements and gave me an estimate on the spot. Only days later her crew Joshua and Shawn removed the destroyed shutters. They manufactured the new ones in one day and two days later Joshua, Shawn and Dom had the new shutters installed in less than an hour. WOW if you don't call that customer service I don't know what you call it. Thank you for making a terrible experience effortless.

Amazing owners Jessica and James. They are friendly, knowledgeable , timely, patient, and made this large decision painless. Their installer was a very competent young man named Nick. He too was very skilled and patient showing me how to operate. Wonderful company!!!!

These men are very good @ what they do and very knowledgably about the shutter business!! In fact I signed up for a home warranty yearly maintenance program to come tice a year for maintenance spring and fall ! James and Dustin did a great job in freeing 2 shutters that would not come down also a bracket inside that came off the wall!!

One of my electric rollup storm shutters quit working. West coast Shutters diagnosed a bad motor. They removed the roll, replaced the motor and readjusted the storm shutter. They were the first to respond to my request for service. They were clean and polite.

We recommend this company wholeheartedly. Dealing with Jessica, owner, was straight forward and easy to understand. The job was excellent from start to finish. The cost was the most reasonable we found after getting prices from at least 4 other companies. Ultimately, we love the accordion shutters and the new look they added to our home.
